Native and organic cacao from the locality of Lagunas, Amazonas (Uctubamba). In this terroir, 25 small producers work with trees that are 25 to 30 years old, which preserve the genetic purity of the clones cultivated by our ancestors for more than 3,000 years. This profile expresses notes of peanut, hazelnut and molasses.
