Shipping policy

For international orders we currently only ship to the USA,Canada, Europe, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay If you wish to receive your order in another country outside of Peru, please contact us directly via Whatsapp or by email at hola@etnointeligencia.shop.

ORDER HANDLING

Orders are processed within 48-72 hours of confirmation as we need to finalize all the shipping and customs documentations before your order leaves our warehouse. We will get in touch with you to confirm all the shipping details are correct before sending everything to your address.

We work with a third-party shipping company, SERPOST in Peru which can execute delivery to any address in the world in a range from 10 - 25 days.

SHIPPING COSTS

At the checkout step, your shipping cost is automatically calculated based on the weight of all items combined in your cart.

Orders over 450 Peruvian soles are shipped for free !

Chocolate orders notice: chocolate is a temperature-sensitive product and may be affected by heat, humidity, or other conditions during transit. We carefully package all orders; however, we do not control the handling conditions once the package leaves our facility. We cannot guarantee the condition of chocolate upon arrival and are not responsible for melting, blooming, or any quality changes caused by shipping conditions.
